SHIPPING 

All pieces are handmade so I have limited stock available and some of them are made-to-order. When ordering sizes that are not readily available, please allow for longer delivery times. That is why I kindly ask you to take notice of  the different stated delivery times when shopping.

Items that are in stock will be ready for pick up or dispatched within 4 days of placing your order. For made-to-order pieces please allow 3 weeks from date of order to be ready for pick up or dispatch.

Your satisfaction matters. If you have a specific requirement or you are in a hurry and want to receive your item before a specific date don't hesitate to let me know at hello@nikaklinec.com. I will try to meet your needs the best way I can.

All jewellery comes with complimentary gift wrapping.

SHIPPING FEES

I offer free international shipping on all orders with Pošta Slovenije. The estimate number of days for delivery are stated below:

Slovenia - 3 to 5 days for delivery

Rest of EU - 8 to 10 days for delivery

US - 21 days for delivery

Australia and Oceania - 21 days for delivery

Asia - 21 days for delivery

Rest of the world - 21 to 28 days for delivery

If you want express shipping with DHL, you can choose it at the checkout. The express shipping fee is 20 EUR, and delivery times range between 2-8 days.

*The number of days for delivery is only an estimate. Please understand that I am not responsible for delays on behalf of the postal / courier service or delays due to customs. Times might differ on public holidays and weekends or due to Covid-19 restrictions or strikes.

**I carry out a strict quality control procedure before shipping every item and make sure your jewellery is at its most beautiful before being wrapped up. That is why I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Before buying please check your country’s import and tax regulations. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred for items coming from Slovenia.

RETURNS

I offer returns and refunds on items that haven't been worn yet, are undamaged and without any signs of use (on the expense of the buyer). Please return the items within 14 days after purchase as after this time returns will not accepted. For the return of non-personalized goods purchased under a distance or off-premises contract, Article 43.č of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) stipulates that the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of the receipt of the goods with a request to withdraw from the contract, without the need for them to state the reason for their decision.

If the jewellery was intended as a gift and you require a longer time window, please let me know beforehand and I will be happy to extend the return period. 

I do not offer refunds on items bought on sale and all discounted designs. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged by my mistake. The refund is not possible for the following products :

• all customized products (all custom orders),

• the all personalized products (items engraved per customer’s request),

• all products that have been made according to consumer's specifications and instructions.

Once I have received the returned item please allow 30 days for the refund to post to your account. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In case the item is not returned in its original condition, there might be a loss in value for which the buyer is responsible. The items must be packed in original packaging and a copy of the invoice must be attached when returning items.

REPAIRS

In case anything happens to your jewellery and you wish to repair it, make it shiny again or make it size bigger/smaller just send it to me within a year after purchase and I will make it work. After one year all repairs are subject to charge. Before any work is done you will be informed about the assessment, the price and the time needed to complete the repair.

PRODUCT PRICES

All product prices listed are in euros (€) and may include VAT. Prices include all shipping costs except express shipping costs. 

I reserve the right to change prices, unless otherwise stated (in case of a sale or special discounts) without prior and special notice. Prices are valid at the time of the order and do not have a predefined validity.

WARRANTY 

The product warranty is 12 months and is valid if the product has not been exposed to major physical or chemical stresses, has not been processed, increased or reduced in size, and has no abnormal signs of wear. As normal signs of wear are considered the minor surface damages, which occur due to day-to-day wear. The guarantee is valid only when the invoice is submitted.
